QMS and
Juran Institute Six Sigma Green Belt Training
and six sigma green belt certification
Green Belt training serves two purposes.
First, it trains team members to function as part
of an effective Six Sigma team; and second, it
begins to prepare them to lead projects and eventually
become future Black Belts.
Build a nucleus of trained personnel
(Green Belts) equipped to conduct and participate
in Six Sigma projects. Participants will learn
when and how to use the Six Sigma tools. A statistical
package will be used to help Green Belts carry
out projects.
Employ Six Sigma Green Belt projects to improve
the overall productivity and profitability of
your organisation by identifying and resolving
chronic problems and avoiding costly deficiencies.
